unique date idea : Hit The Slopes

First date ideas can be hard to come up with, especially when you’re trying to do something different. If she’s the outdoorsy type and likes to ski or snowboard, take her out for a date that she’ll never forget – hit the slopes.

Now some of you may not know this about me but I live in New York and we don’t get much snow around here so I’m not really experienced on the slopes myself. However, many people think that even if you’ve never skied or snowboarded before, it is easy enough for anyone to pick up on quickly (it’s like riding a bike). So if your date says “I don’t think I’ve ever done anything like this before,” it’s okay – you will both learn together!

The date should start first thing in the morning. You’ll need to pick her up, take her out to breakfast, then head straight to wherever there are slopes. Once there you can rent all the gear you’ll need (ski pants, boots, jackets, etc.) and buy your tickets for the ski lift. Now it’s time to have some fun on the slopes! It may be difficult at first but don’t give up – after a few runs down the mountain she will likely be confident enough to try something new like snowboarding or even skiing backwards. If she still likes it by lunchtime you can grab a bite to eat then hit the slopes again. The date doesn’t have to end once you’re back on the ground either. You can grab a drink and dinner or check out your nearest town – just make sure she knows that this date is “unforgettable.”

The date is great for those who like to spend time outside, who are energetic, and those who want to try something new. If they said yes to any of those then they’ll definitely love this date idea!

-That’s all my article has, but feel free to add more info about what happens after you get back down from the mountain maybe? Like drinks or dinner or what not. Just an idea 🙂

Have fun! 🙂

Article to copy in article body : Have you ever wanted to try water skiing? If you have, then I suggest going on a date with her while doing it! It may seem hard at first but once you get the hang of it, everything will be smooth-sailing. The date should start with renting all the equipment needed for water skiing – this includes skis, life jackets, and tow ropes. Once that’s taken care of head over to your nearest lake or river (if there are any bodies of water nearby). Then just ride off into the sunset! You can do this date in late spring when it’s warm out or during summer when everything is open longer. If you both enjoy this date then you can definitely save it for a second date or even do it again during the summer if that’s when your date likes to go. Have fun! 🙂 [Article end]
